Plot: Raka (Samuel Zyglwyn), Topan (Adipati), Chanisa (Stevanie Nepa) and Helen (Leylarey Lesesne) are four friends that were united by fate, living a free lifestyle and appreciate the meaning of love and friendship together.

Topan gets romantically involved with Chanisa who is suffering from lung cancer and always get disturbed by Nayla (Arumi Bachsin), who is also wooing Topan at the same time.

Meanwhile Raka is dating with Helen. One day Chanisa needs to be hospitalised and needs large sum of money for her operation. As Chanisa is not from rich family Topan needs to find big money to settle for the operation and he decides to borrow the money from the loan shark.

Topan is required to settle his debt in one week and as the due date approaches one member of the loan shark, Romi (Rangga Djoned) holds Helen as hostage. As Topan and Raka struggle to find the money Romi and his gang rape Helen.
