Plot: Ariel Wolfe is the sister of Sara Wolfe, a survivor of a massacre some years ago in the sanatorium "Hill House", which were centuries ago guided by the insane psychiatrist Dr. Vannacut. Sara claims, that phantoms had killed her friends, but no one believes her. When Sara commites obviously suicide, Ariel tries to find out the reasons.

A diary of the late Dr. Vannacut leads Ariel to the cruel past of "Hill-House". But all of a sudden, she and her friend Paul get kidnapped by the unscroupulous art dealer Desmond. It looks like Desmond knows much about Sara and Hill-House. Ariel is forced to help Desmond to find an precious artifact, a figurine of the demon Baphomet. The artifact is said to be hidden somewhere inside of Hill-House. While Desmond, Ariel, Paul and four henchmen of Desmond walk into the sanatory, Paul and one thug are said to wait outside - Paul has to be some kind of forfeit. Inside Hill-House Ariel and her kidnappers meet Dr. Hammer and his assistants Kyle and Michelle. Dr. Hammer and Desmond seems to be enemies for they start to shout to each other. Whilst the bickering it turns out that Michelle is a traitor, who bewitched Dr. Hammer only for stealing informations about Hill House and the possible hide of the Baphometh idol.

All of a sudden, loudly noises resound and a now feared Ariel explains that the masterlock of the sanatory got activated. Desmond makes his stooges stopping the machine by MPs. After this the group walks down to the basement and splits off. Soon the first thug gets killed, his body beeing sucked into a massive wall. Next is Harue, one of Desmond's buddies. She gets first panicked by a couple of lesbian ghosts, then sliced up by the undead Dr. Vannacut. Next victim is Ariel. She gets pulled violently into an padded cell and is traumatisized by halluzinations transfered by the ghost of an died ex-patient. He shows Ariel parts of the bygone happenings centuries ago. In lifetime the patient guided an revolt against Dr. Vannacut, in which the sanatorium got burnt down. When Ariel wakes up she´s straightjacked and starts to scream.
